The Guipalco Series begins with this edition in homage to the memory of Francisco A. Colombo, using documentation from the National Graphic Archives and the National Historical Museum. Printing was completed on May 11, 1970.

Adolfo Bellocq made the two xilographs of Vicente López and Blas Parera, in Japanese cherry wood and Aurora de Pietro drew the editorial seal. Typesetting: Garamond. It was printed under the direction of Osvaldo F. Colombo.
Printing comprised 80 copies:

1. Fifty (50) nominative and signed by Adolfo Bellocq, Aurora de Pietro, Samuel César Palui, Horacio Enrique Guillén and Osvaldo F. Colombo, printed on Kraft “ a la cuve” paper.
2. Thirty (30) numbered from 1 to 30 with initials by the printer on Witcel Azure paper.
