In 1977, Wladimiro Melgarejo Muñoz engraved the literal transcription of the Juana Figueroa, a poem and warning by Jorge Calvetti, on an original etching, mezzotint and dry point. It was printed in Buenos Aires on his handpress, with the co-operation of Samuel César Palui.

In 1984, Ediciones Dos Amigos resolved to print this work in homage to the prematurely deceased artist who favored the printers with his friendship and confidence.

  1. Two (2) copies, identified as A and B, printed on Japan paper.
  2. Four (4) copies, from III to VI, were printed on Auvergne paper.
  3. Twelve (12) copies, from VII to XVIII, were printed on Raffaello Fabriano paper.
  4. Six (6) copies, from XIX to XXIV, were printed on Holland paper.
  5. Three (3) copies, from XXV to XXVII, were printed on Ingrés paper.
